Event Registration & CRM Integration
A custom event registration system handling different ticket types, pricing rules, discount codes, membership entitlements and free-ticket quotas. It connects directly to an existing CRM and billing workflow, with automated tests covering the business rules and external integrations.
Editorial Archive & Search
A tool for making a large editorial archive easier to search, explore and reuse. Existing material is automatically processed and enriched with additional metadata, making related articles, topics and information easier to find.
Interactive Assessment Tools
Guided assessment tools that turn complex requirements into a structured interactive process. Conditional questions, evaluation logic and tailored results help users work through subjects that would otherwise require navigating extensive documentation manually.
Domain-Aware Speech Recognition
A system for improving speech recognition when specialist terminology is involved. It extracts source material from PDF, Word and PowerPoint files, identifies relevant terminology, generates pronunciation material and measures the resulting impact on transcription quality with an automated benchmark.
Approach
We start with the workflow or problem that needs to improve, not with a preferred technology.
Sometimes the right solution is conventional software or a straightforward integration. Sometimes automation, AI or dedicated infrastructure makes a real difference. We choose the tools around the requirements, build them into the existing environment where possible, and test the result against the actual workflow rather than a demo scenario.
